This incredible local hotel and spa is our family’s favourite place for a stay-cation in Victoria. One of my treasured forms of self-care is treating myself to a massage, and the Parkside Spa is my escape to ease my sore muscles and de-stress. I love relaxing in their hot tub before my treatment and their spa lounge afterwards, to really make a day of it . Our family has a tradition to stay here at the beginning of each school year and be tourists in our own town. I work very hard on our soil health by utilizing leaf mulch, local compost, and cover crops. However, when I need to amend our beds with fertilizer I only use Gaia Organics. The organic 4-4-4 is my go-to and I love making foliar sprays and amending our beds and my seed starting mix with their worm castings.
